Xinjiang Shengyuan Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a green and environmentally friendly coal chemical enterprise dedicated to the deep development and utilization of resources. It is one of the top 100 key enterprises supported by the state and Xinjiang Province. Leveraging Xinjiang's abundant resources such as coal, limestone, and raw salt, the Company has established industries in chlor-alkali chemicals, coal coking chemicals, coal-to-petrochemical substitutes, and coal power. With a registered capital of 1.416 billion yuan, the Company operates 11 subsidiaries, including calcium carbide, chlor-alkali, cement, power, logistics, and marketing companies, employing nearly 5,000 people.The Company possesses extensive high-quality resources in coal, limestone, salt, iron, and manganese mines, with total reserves exceeding 2 billion tons. The first-phase project, with a total planned investment of 24 billion yuan, has completed and put into production facilities including 900,000 tons of PVC, 700,000 tons of caustic soda, a 4×300 MW resource comprehensive utilization self-owned power plant, a 2.4 million tons per year comprehensive utilization of waste residue new dry-process cement production line and supporting projects, 1.8 million tons of calcium carbide, 2.8 million tons of lime, and 2.75 million tons of blue carbon. The second-phase project plans to build a 500,000 tons coal tar hydrogenation facility, 100,000 tons of AC foaming agent, 100,000 tons of 1,4-butanediol, 100,000 tons of PBT, and 100,000 tons of PTMEG, all part of a comprehensive utilization green and environmentally friendly coal-power-salt chemical project.
